Copyright & Takedown

This page explains copyright ownership, responsibility for user-created content, and how to report copyrighted or abusive material.

Copyright ownership

Unless otherwise stated, the ToolsWithFun name, website design, original written explanations, code, graphics, and branding are owned by ToolsWithFun and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Third-party names, libraries, icons, services, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

User-generated content

ToolsWithFun does not claim ownership of content you create, such as cards, surprise links, anonymous messages, quizzes, short links, or other material you submit through a tool. You remain responsible for what you create and share, and you must have the right to use any names, text, images, files, or other material you provide.

Permission to operate

By using a public or sharing feature, you grant ToolsWithFun a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, display, and deliver the content necessary to make the link or feature work. This does not transfer ownership. Public links may be viewable by anyone who receives the URL.

Reporting copyrighted content

If you believe content on ToolsWithFun infringes your copyright, contact us with enough detail to investigate. A useful report includes the URL of the page or public link, a description of the copyrighted work, your relationship to it, and a way to verify your claim. We will review legitimate requests and remove or disable access where appropriate.

Reporting abusive or unlawful content

To report abusive, harmful, unlawful, or policy-violating content created through the website, use the same contact method. Include the exact URL and a short explanation of the problem. Genuine reports are reviewed and acted on as quickly as reasonably possible.

Contact for takedown requests

Send takedown and abuse reports to alithegamer565@gmail.com with the subject "Takedown Request" or "Abuse Report." Please do not include passwords, API keys, or unnecessary sensitive information.

Repeat and good-faith notices

Knowingly false takedown claims may carry legal consequences. We handle good-faith requests in good faith and may remove content while a dispute is reviewed. This page does not replace formal legal procedures in your jurisdiction.
